Alexan Fairmount is located near the old Parkland Hospital in Dallas, TX. The old hospital and the newly built office campus is a great example of blending older architectural style and new, modern buildings. JHP strived to achieve a balance between a more reserved exterior look, as requested by the owner, with the modern amenities as demanded by the market. The use of rich and darker colored stucco on the exterior of the building color schemes and some of the interior spaces create an atmosphere of urban sophistication, while the use of brick details and arches along street elevations and building entrances adding a layer of warmth and texture. The community includes a social lounge, fully equipped cyber café, yoga and spin room, private bike storage, bike repair station and cycle rentals, professional wellness studio with CrossFit equipment, tanning studio, pool plaza and fireside lounge, electric vehicle charging station, access-controlled parking garage, relaxation garden, bark park with pet grooming station, and an outdoor gourmet kitchen with expansive grilling station.
