Arbor Pointe

The Baker Village Master Plan, now Arbor Pointe is a community revitalized into a mixed-income community built to market rate standards. The site is a total of 63 acres. Phases I and II include 2-story residential units and townhomes. The third phase and final phase is senior housing cottages that features craftsman-inspired cottages from the 1920’s. Every resident has their own front porch, giving them a unique identity and an appearance of a single-family home. The entire site plan is organized around green spaces and most units can reach the community building without crossing a vehicular roadway.
