The market for Copeland is working class: teachers, first responders and medical workers. In order to bring great spaces to residents while creating efficiencies in construction, units were designed on a modular basis. This allowed the team to deliver a superior product at an achievable rent rate. The building aesthetics were intended to be a departure from the standard suburban designs of other multifamily developments in the area, giving residents and the city a unique urban experience within a suburban model. With an emphasis on walkability and life outdoors, residents can soak up the grand resort pool and numerous outdoor amenity opportunities. Additionally, the buildings were planned and situated to enhance the spaces in-between for resident activity and enjoyment.
