Country Club Plaza

Country Club Plaza is a two-story mixed-use development including office and retail over one level of structural parking. The site overlooks the 10th green of Stonebriar Country Club. The site planning maximized office views to the golf course and retail frontage along Legacy Drive while maintaining good access and parking distribution throughout the development. The building draws inspiration from the adjacent resort hotel and golf course clubhouse through the use of stucco and stone detailing which are common to both.
