City of North Las Vegas

JHP was the Urban Design and Master Planner lead for the City Of North Las Vegas’s HUD Choice Neighborhood Transformation study undertaken in 2016/2017. Public engagement and social outreach were important aspects of this diverse both culturally and physically neighborhood which covered a large area of North Las Vegas. JHP developed transformation strategies for the street network along with site redevelopment strategies for the various dispersed sites which the City of North Las Vegas and the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SRNHA) controlled.
