Villages of Big Town

Big Town Mall is a master plan redevelopment of an 84-acre site to include retail, entertainment, office, and residential uses and create an Urban Village on the high-profile site. The master plan creates a sense of community by incorporating community and public elements into the design. The site includes 290,000 square feet of retail shops, including a cinema along Hwy 80 and smaller scale neighborhood retail and flex live/work around the internal central plaza, with a pedestrian retail promenade around the lake.
