West 7th

JHP and Gideon-Toal/BBP collaborated on this mixed-use urban infill project in the heart of Fort Worth’s West 7th Street corridor. With retail at the base (designed by G-T/BBP) and residential above (designed by JHP) the SE and NW blocks complete the five block W7th master plan. The residential portion of the buildings, Type V-A construction over a concrete podium, provides spectacular views on downtown Fort Worth and the museums of the Cultural District.
