Cityville Greenville earned a CLIDE Award from the North Central Texas Council of Governments, recognizing it as Best Redevelopment of an Urban Asset. Located on Lower Greenville in Dallas, the project is an infill redevelopment designed to bring new housing, townhomes, and neighborhood-serving retail into an established urban setting while respecting the area’s existing scale and character. Its pedestrian-friendly design reinforces the vibrancy of the district and supports a more diverse, walkable neighborhood.
The CLIDE Awards Program was created in 2003 to recognize private and public development programs and projects that exemplify the Principles of Development Excellence. JHP has been the recipient of 11 CLIDE Awards through the years.
