Where We Gather
People are the heart of every city. The ways we gather—whether for civic life, work, housing, or community—shape the character and vibrancy of a place. JHP plans and designs mixed-use districts and neighborhood frameworks that invite connection and build economic resilience. Our work spans urban centers and community corridors, including partnerships with municipalities, housing authorities, and HUD-related programs.
These gathering places form the foundation for strong communities.
Our Approach
Our approach begins with listening, understanding how neighborhoods function and how policy, infrastructure, and development plans impact a project. From district master plans to transit-oriented neighborhoods and mixed-use centers, we balance people-first design with feasibility and implementation strategy.
We consider the full ecosystem of successful districts: land use, massing, mobility, parking, and public space. Every project is unique, but human connection is the throughline that grounds our approach.
