Our hospitality portfolio includes select-service and full-service hotels, along with adaptive reuse projects that transform historic buildings into distinct destinations. We understand the operational needs of hotel design, from arrival and lobby flow to guest rooms and back-of-house efficiency, working within brand standards while honoring a place’s unique character. 

In senior living, we design a range of community types, including market-rate and affordable senior housing, active adult communities, and communities across the continuum of care, from independent living to assisted living and memory care. Each project balances dignity and warmth with functionality, encouraging social connection while prioritizing accessibility and safety.
