As part of our ongoing DEI initiative, JHP is highlighting and discussing certain nationally recognized “Heritage Months”, as well as adding in some of our own. Our goal is to highlight, celebrate, and bring awareness to various backgrounds, cultures, and causes.
We recently formed a DEI Initiative Group, which has named itself “Parallel” – symbolizing parallel lines running alongside each other, heading towards the same direction together. Their Mission Statement is below:
“People over Places is the idea that drives our thinking, at JHP.
Through our values, we are committed to having a culture of inclusion and belonging, where everyone can bring together their authentic selves, experiences and identities, and through collaboration, creativity and deep exploration, reveal great opportunities.“
