• Trademarks: The “JHP Architecture Urban Design” name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of JHP. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of JHP.
• Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent.

3. No Professional Advice or Relationship

The information provided on this Site is for general informational and portfolio display purposes only.

• Not Professional Advice: Nothing on this Site constitutes professional architectural, engineering, urban design, or planning advice.
• No Client Relationship: Your use of the Site, including sending information via our contact forms, does not create an architect-client relationship between you and JHP. A professional relationship is only established upon the execution of a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of JHP Architecture Urban Design.
