WHITE BUFFALO in Fort Worth, TX | Clide Award, North Central Texas COG – Redevelopment
The White Buffalo, located in Fort Worth’s Cultural District, has been recognized with a CLIDE Award for Redevelopment by the North Central Texas Council of Governments. The project introduces attainable urban living in one of the city’s most vibrant areas, placing residents within walking distance of West Seventh’s shops, dining, and entertainment. Designed as a compact, efficient building, White Buffalo maximizes space and natural light to create comfortable, modern residences. By delivering thoughtfully designed housing at a more accessible price point, the development expands opportunities for urban living while contributing to the continued revitalization of the district.
The CLIDE Awards Program was created in 2003 to recognize private and public development programs and projects that exemplify the Principles of Development Excellence. JHP has been the recipient of 11 CLIDE Awards through the years.
