The challenge was to introduce a contemporary residential anchor that balances scale, delivers high-quality housing, and supports a location surrounded by major entertainment venues and regional destinations.
Solution
JHP designed a modern community featuring European-inspired minimalist architecture, wrap-around balconies, and semi-private courtyards.
