In response, JHP thoughtfully reimagined the Hotel Block—embracing greater density and acknowledging that meaningful gathering space is a rare and valued asset within the community. The hotel is conceived not simply as a building, but as an anchor—hosting meetings, celebrations, and shared experiences that give the neighborhood rhythm and identity. Its renewed clarity strengthens the site’s purpose and helps attract the right development partner.
