JHP prepared a master plan and development framework for a greenfield site within the Craig Ranch development in McKinney, Texas. The planning team collaborated with the City of McKinney to finalize the plan and secure a Planned Development (PD) governing all future development on the site. The concept is based on urban-scaled streets and public spaces organized around a central active open space, creating a walkable residential village that connects seamlessly to the larger Craig Ranch area and supports future growth.

Challenge
