Parkside at Craig Ranch

Parkside at Craig Ranch is a Master Planned Community in McKinney. There is a central theme of public places in the center of the project that will serve the multiple phases. The idea is to promote connectivity between the site and its residents. The Design is a simple and traditional in a historically suburban neighborhood featuring multiple single family homes. Four-Stories of units are scattered around the site with breathtaking views of the open fields, private and semi-private courtyards as well as the pool. The projects boasts plenty of amenities for residents to enjoy including a 2nd Floor Fitness Center with a view, Expansive Dog Park, Yoga Lawn, Beer Garden, Private Pool with Cabanas, Multiple Private Gathering Courtyards, Private Lawns at select Units, Bridges Connecting to Parking Garage from Units, and many more. There was much involvement with the city in the beginning to develop a pattern book for the master community that worked with their future development vision.
