Alexan Arts captures sweeping views toward Downtown Dallas and the Arts District from a prominent Ross Avenue address, positioned as a gateway to the renewed neighborhoods of East Dallas. Its crisp, timeless architecture reinforces the site’s urban character, highlighted by a storefront-scaled corner and expansive windows that reveal a two-story leasing space within. Developed on a former patchwork of aging auto shops, garages, and neglected lots, the project reestablishes a walkable streetscape and a stronger street edge along Ross Avenue, helping extend the corridor’s ongoing revitalization.
