Envision Oak Point aimed to shape the future of a 730-acre gateway district in northeast Plano—one of the city’s largest remaining infill opportunities. The challenge was to unify a fragmented area facing shifting market pressures, infrastructure needs, and rising expectations for mixed-use, connected, and sustainable development. As the first focus area identified by the Plano Tomorrow Comprehensive Plan, the district required a clear vision aligned with community priorities and long-term city goals.
Solution
