The community needed to seamlessly integrate apartments and townhomes while creating an amenity experience that feels restorative–set apart from both urban intensity and conventional suburban patterns.
Solution
The design pairs light-filled studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments with three-bedroom townhomes positioned along the southern edge of the site, offering privacy and private garages. A centralized amenity core–featuring a health club, pool, pet spa, dog park, mail center, and leasing office–forms the social heart of the community. Architecture and materials emphasize clarity, warmth, and restrained rustic elegance.
