Solution
The design introduces a pedestrian-oriented residential environment featuring strong street edges, activated ground-level amenities, and seamless links to the adjacent riverwalk and transit options. Architectural massing frames river views while landscaped courtyards, terraces, and outdoor social spaces create a cohesive, community-focused environment.
