The community offers modern one- and two-bedroom apartments with stylish interiors and amenities designed for comfort. Challenge

The site sits within the dense, walkable CityLine district, requiring a multifamily community that could balance urban presence with livability. The design needed to elevate resident experience while complementing an established mixed-use environment.

Solution

JHP crafted a contemporary architectural expression defined by clean lines, articulated massing, and warm material contrasts. The building organizes residential wings around a central courtyard, creating protected outdoor space while maximizing natural light. Leasing and amenity spaces are positioned along primary circulation paths to activate the street edge. Interior planning emphasizes efficient unit layouts with generous glazing to connect residents to the surrounding urban fabric.
