Silverlake sits near Grapevine Lake in Grapevine, just off Highway 114 and minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The community blends warm wood accents with stone and brick to reflect the character of the surrounding lakeside setting. Amenities emphasize wellness and connection, including a yoga and fitness center, resort-style pool, coffee bar, and inviting gathering spaces. Surrounded by wineries, golf courses, trails, and local dining, Silverlake offers a relaxed lifestyle that balances nature, recreation, and easy access to the Dallas–Fort Worth region.

Challenge

The Silverlake needed to transform a prominent 10.5-acre site near Grapevine Lake into a residential community that could balance natural surroundings, regional character, and the expectations of modern renters. The challenge was to create a cohesive architectural identity and an amenities-rich environment while ensuring strong connectivity to Grapevine’s cultural, recreational, and economic offerings.

JHP designed a multifamily community that blends warm wood, stone, and brick materials to reflect the local landscape. The development offers a robust suite of amenities—including a wellness and yoga center, resort-style pool, café, Starbucks coffee bar, and a game-filled resident lounge—while prioritizing indoor-outdoor connections and convenient access to nearby attractions.

The Silverlake delivers a highly desirable living experience with immediate proximity to lakeside recreation, trails, entertainment venues, and DFW International Airport.
