The challenge was to deliver a transit-oriented residential environment that supports walkability, appeals to medical professionals and transit-reliant residents, and activates Rambler Road with a stronger neighborhood presence.
Solution
JHP designed The Nash as a TOD-focused, pedestrian-oriented community, integrating stoops and private entries along Rambler Road to strengthen the street edge. A mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units provides modern living options within easy walking distance of the DART Walnut Hill Station, reinforcing sustainable mobility.
