JHP planned the senior community as two coordinated buildings that organize the site and provide clear wayfinding. A connecting bridge links daily movement with shared experiences, while a prominent tower offers visibility and orientation. Common areas and circulation are intentionally designed to encourage casual interaction, accessibility, and comfort for older adults.
