Garland City Center

Garland City Center is a Public-Private Partnership intended to revitalize and transform its historic City Center District into a thriving transit-oriented development. Downtown Garland has been working to capitalize on this unique opportunity to create a dynamic social experience by taking advantage of its proximity to the Downtown Garland DART Rail Station and its recent and proposed infusion of multi-family development. These two dynamic elements in combination with a motivated city staff provide a solid platform for economic growth in the area.
