Northside Station

JHP designed a neighborhood scaled mixed-use project within the context of the Northside master plan that JHP also led the planning effort for. The project consists of ground floor neighborhood services, a clinic, and the offices of the Northside Development Group – the community development organization that’s spearheaded the community’s revitalization. Additionally student housing within the community and classrooms for Wofford College are incorporated into the building while also providing 20 affordable housing units for the community.
