Challenge

Create a modern residential community in rapidly growing Summerville that meets evolving lifestyle expectations while integrating seamlessly into the larger Nexton master-planned community, known for its walkability, parks, trails, and mix of homes, retail, and workplaces.

Solution

Parks at Nexton introduces a thoughtfully designed apartment community offering studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes paired with lifestyle-driven amenities, including a resort-style pool, fitness center, and shared social spaces. Positioned within Nexton’s network of parks, trails, and neighborhood destinations, the community supports daily living through strong pedestrian connections and convenient access to shopping, dining, and recreation.

Impact

The project enriches resident quality of life by blending comfort, connectivity, and access to nature and amenities. As Nexton’s first rental neighborhood, Parks at Nexton adds housing choice, energy, and continuity to the district, reinforcing the area’s growth as a vibrant, complete community.
