Solution
JHP designed a series of modern flats and townhomes positioned to maximize vistas, outdoor living, and hillside porches. A stand-alone leasing building acts as a jewel-box gateway to shared amenities, while thoughtful site planning uses elevation shifts to create unique outlooks and intimate pocket spaces.
