Cameron specializes in large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, bringing expertise in project delivery, consultant coordination, and BIM strategy. As an Associate and BIM Manager, he leads firmwide BIM standards and strengthens documentation quality across teams. Known for technical rigor and clear coordination, he translates complex design concepts into buildable solutions. Cameron is dedicated to mentoring emerging professionals and advancing workflows that promote consistency, collaboration, innovation, and measurable design excellence across the firm.

Carl was named President of JHP in 2021 after decades of shaping every facet of the firm’s growth and culture. He leads with a deep commitment to community-based design and a philosophy grounded in “People over Places.” An expert across housing typologies—from affordable and workforce communities to mixed-use and senior living—Carl continues to expand JHP’s reach and influence through strategic growth and new areas of practice. A thoughtful, intuitive designer and avid building code enthusiast, he approaches every project with curiosity and rigor, continually asking “What if?” to elevate impact and enrich the communities JHP serves.

For nearly four decades, Mike has helped shape JHP’s evolution through disciplined leadership and an unwavering commitment to design excellence. Elevated to President in 2003 and now serving as President Emeritus, he oversaw the financial management and day-to-day operations of the firm while guiding its long-term strategic direction. Although in a business leadership role, Mike’s first love is design. He has remained intimately involved in the concept development and execution of many of the firm’s highest-profile projects across commercial, retail, multifamily, mixed-use, and senior housing communities. His work reflects a deep commitment to creating Whole Communities—places thoughtfully planned, well-built, and enduring in their impact.
