Eagle’s Trace Campus

Eagle’s Trace is a campus-style Continuing Care Retirement Community located on 70 acres in northwest Houston. The community consists of over 1,500 Independent Living Units (ILU) located within 3 distinctive residential neighborhoods. Each neighborhood is comprised of a Community Building surrounded by 4 to 5 Residential Buildings. The Community Building provides much needed services to residents of the neighborhood. These services may include multiple dining venues, medical facilities, fitness, banking, pharmacy, library, and arts, crafts and dance facilities. Each of the three neighborhoods has its own unique Community Building with supporting program space. The build-out of the campus master plan includes 18 buildings, nearly 2 Million SF, and is anticipated to take 8 to 10 years for completion.
