Challenge

Vue de Musee (Block C) is the fourth building within the long-term, 11-acre Museum Place redevelopment—a mixed-use district JHP has helped shape over many years. The challenge was to deliver another impactful mixed-use building that reinforces the pedestrian-oriented vision and strengthens the district’s connection to the Cultural District and West 7th Street.

Solution

The five-story building provides active retail along West 7th with residential levels above, continuing the mixed-use character established by earlier Museum Place phases. Public plazas, open spaces, and wide, tree-lined sidewalks link Vue de Musee to adjacent blocks, while shared south-facing terraces capture dramatic views of downtown, the 7th Street corridor, and nearby museums.

Impact

Vue de Musee advances JHP’s long-standing role in shaping Museum Place into a vibrant, connected, and culturally integrated urban district. The project expands retail offerings, enriches residential choices, and reinforces a walkable environment that complements Fort Worth’s world-class Cultural District.
